The monthly cost for water and sewerage services at Spill Land Country Park is £35. This fee is charged concurrently with pitch fees. It is important to note that all charges are due on a calendar monthly basis.
Gas is supplied in bottle form; Gas bottles can be ordered via the park office and are priced at the supplier’s rate. We deliver your bottles and connect them for you.
Electricity is billed monthly at the current supplier contracted rate; each home is metered, and a reading is taken each month, and bills are calculated from these readings.
Notice will be given for any price changes as they are subject to change by the supplier.
The site Fee at Spill Land Country Park is £4368 per annum. This can go up on a yearly basis, but only in line with inflation. The site fee is normally paid monthly at £364 PCM
